RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS/CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you make your reservation, your credit card will be charged one night plus tax. If you book more than one room you will be charged one night for each room you booked. This will guarantee your reservation.
All cancellations must be received 72 hours (3 FULL DAYS) prior to your arrival date, otherwise you will forfeit your room deposit for each room booked. The day you are to arrive DOES NOT constitute a part of the reservation cancellation time period.
Changes to reservations must also be made 72 hours prior to check-in. Changes to reservations CANNOT be made at check-in and you will be responsible for ALL nights that you booked.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DAY YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL NIGHTS YOU HAVE BOOKED. When booking more than one room the cancellation time period is 7 days. THERE IS A $20 CANCELLATION FEE ON ALL RESERVATIONS MADE AND THEN CANCELLED.
SPECIAL EVENTS/HOLIDAY POLICIES
Please note that there are special reservation/cancellation/minimun stay requirements in affect during the NORTH ATLANTIC BLUES FESTIVAL (JULY 10-12), MAINE STATE LOBSTER FESTIVAL (JULY 31, AUGUST 1-4), MAINE BOATS AND HARBORS SHOW (AUGUST 9-11), and LABOR DAY WEEKEND (AUG 30, SEPTEMBER 1-2).
- 3 DAY MINIMUN STAY REQUIRED. SINGLE NIGHTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE BOOKED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT. YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY.
- 14 DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE IS REQUIRED.
ALL CANCELLATIONS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS MUST BE RECEIVED 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DAY, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL NIGHTS BOOKED. A $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE IS IMPOSED ON ALL RESERVATIONS MADE AND THEN CANCELLED DURING THESE DATES.
